Many believe the New Year is a perfect time to turn over a new leaf. It was Adam and Eve in the Garden who originally thought a new leaf would fix their problems! We don’t need a new leaf. Just like Adam and Eve, we need to get back to the love we left. Notice, not love that was lost, but love that was left.

Get back to following Jesus, loving and obeying Him. Leave the leaf where it belongs, back in the Fall.

Revelation 2:4 Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love. 5 Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place—unless you repent.
